Synopsis: Jack realizes too late that his feelings for Daniel are more than just friendship. When he gets a second chance to
act on that love, he passes it up until their mis-remembered past brings Daniel to seek comfort in his arms.
Author’s Notes: Thanks to Naina and Gateroller for the beta. You’re both awesome and fun!
Being a great fan of Zen and other philosophies, I wanted to illustrate how a random axiom can provide life-altering inspiration.
This series explores Jack and Daniel’s inability to express their feelings toward each other, and how they manage to cross
that uncharted territory together.
WARNINGS: Language. Death of major character (Daniel's ascension). Graphic m/m sex.
Rating: NC-17
Pairing: J/D
Category: Slash. Angst. Established Relationship.
Season/Spoilers: S7 Enemy Mine.
Synopsis: Following Daniel’s return from negotiating a treaty with the Unas, he and Jack spend a night together to celebrate,
and Daniel waits for a very special acknowledgement.
Author’s Notes: Thanks to Naina, Sharon Graves and Gateroller for the beta! Originally this was a stand-alone story, but it fit
so well as a centerpiece to the other two that I just had to use it in this series.
WARNINGS: Bad language (Jack’s mouth again). Graphic m/m sex.
Part III: The Quiet One
Rating: NC-17
Pairing: J/D
Category: Slash. Angst. Established Relationship. Season/Spoilers: Hathor, Absolute Power, Abyss, Birthright
Synopsis: Following a devastating injury, Daniel begs Jack to end his suffering but his lover is unable to comply. That leaves
Daniel with only one choice, one he promised himself he would never make… to become a Tok’ra host.
Author’s
Notes: Kudos to Gateroller for the detailed, enthusiastic beta job, and for
the advance PR!
I didn’t know what I was getting into when this idea struck. I really didn’t. I
never expected it to go the places it went, dragging me along, kicking and
screaming. Hope you enjoy the ride.

For our foreign readers, ‘polliwog’ is an American term for baby frogs before they grow legs.
WARNINGS: Two-hankie minimum. Graphically described devastating injury. Language. Graphic m/m sex. Male pregnancy (sort of).
This story was nominated
at the Stargate SG-1 Fan Fiction Awards 2004 for:
Best Original Character in a
Slash Story,
and won the honor.

Part IV: Passion
Rating: NC-17
Pairing: J/D, Meret/OMC
Category: Slash. AU. Adventure. Angst. Established Relationship. Season/Spoilers: Shades of Grey
Story posted 1/20/06
Synopsis: A mission to explore a ruined observatory on an alien world leads to the discovery that an archaeologist from Earth
has been stranded there for years... because of Jack O’Neill. Now he and the team must find the missing man, if he is even
still alive.
WARNINGS: Language. Graphic m/m sex. Male pregnancy.
Author’s Notes: This story is dedicated to Jude, an incurable romantic and wonderful author in her own right. It would not have been conceived or written without you, sistah.
Warm thanks and much love to my sister, Sara, who introduced me to fandom in the first place and contributed greatly to this story, and also to Jude and Naina for the brainstorming. Thanks to Jude for the alpha/beta and the blood, sweat, tears and swearing before we got it all done! You rock, chickness. Love you to pieces!
This sequel follows The Quiet One, where Daniel became host to the Tok’ra queen, Meretseger (whom Jack calls Harpo).

Nominated for Stargate SG-1/Slash/Best Action-Adventure
Part V: The Book of Thoth
Rating: NC-17
Pairing: J/D, Meret/Thoth
Category: Slash. AU. Adventure. Angst. Established Relationships. Season/Spoilers: Shades of Grey, Summit, Last Stand, Evolution I/II, Lost City I/II
Story posted 6/17/06
Synopsis: Jack’s spur-of-the-moment decision to host Thoth becomes the catalyst that throws the entire galaxy into full-scale
war. Will he and Daniel survive? Will Jack ever return to Earth, or will he be trapped in a prison of his own making for the rest
of his life, with only his symbiote for company?
WARNINGS: Language. Graphic m/m sex. Male pregnancy (sort of). Deathfic.
Author’s
Notes: This sequel follows Passion, where Jack became host to Thoth,
mate to the Tok’ra symbiote, Meretseger, to whom Daniel is host. This is the
last story in the series, and my version of what should have been. I’ve taken
liberties with canon and re-written specific events to be more plausible (IMHO)
and to fit into my alternate universe. It just makes more sense to me this
way.
As always, major credit to Jude for all she does in these stories. They
are almost as much hers as they are mine, but she won't let me give author
credit.
